We are not a jack of all trades, we are master of some. Through years of experience and making mistakes, we have narrowed down our list of services to what we believe we are the best at. We believe if we don’t have the capability to provide the best value and service in a given trade or task, we should not offer it as a service. That is how we have come up with a list of clear do’s and don’ts and stick to it.
Rest assured if we take on a project we have the experience, capability, training and knowledge to get the project done right. If we don’t, we will respectfully decline the work regardless of the size of the project.

- Gutter Installation
- Gutter Cleaning (We don’t typically offer this as a one-off service; however, we are sometimes asked to do this for some properties. We believe you’ll get the most value when this service is coupled with a roof maintenance or tune-up appointment. Keep in mind that being a roofing company means we will be more expensive than if you hire a handyman, gardener, or your nephew to do it for you.)
- Rafters/Rafter Tails (If you’re looking for only structural work without roofing, we won’t handle that and we recommend calling a framer. We may handle replacement depending on how much is involved and how it ties in to the rest of the structure. When we repair rafters or rafter tails, we remove the roof in order to access what needs to be replaced.)
- Repair damaged eaves, under eaves (in order to repair damaged under eaves, ship lap, plywood or T & G, we need to remove roofing to access the eaves. If you are looking to repair eaves without removing or disturbing the roof we DO NOT provide this service.)
Other Services We Do NOT Provide
- Window leaks (sometimes it is hard to tell if the leak is coming from the window or the roof. The general rule is, if the leak is only at the bottom of the window, it is probably leaking from the window itself. However, if the leak is at the top of the window and the ceiling, then it is probably a roof leak.)
